Common Questions

You can access your order history by logging into your account using the email address you use to place orders. You will find the “My Account” link located at the top right corner (second icon, next to the heart). From there, click on the “My Orders” link for order status and tracking information.

If you do not have a Lauren Moshi account set up, you can reference the order confirmation email from when the order was placed and/or a "your order has shipped" email will be sent.

Customer Service hours are 8am to 5pm (PST/PDT) Monday through Friday.

You can edit or cancel your order on the order status page within your account. You have 24 hours from the time the order was placed.

If you need to cancel after 24 hours, please contact us at 323-888-8838 as soon as possible.

If the order has shipped, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for credit or exchange.

Once your item/order has been canceled, you will be notified via email and a refund will appear within 3-5 business days on the original method of payment.

What if my order is out of stock or backordered?

  • If you need to cancel an item/order that is out of stock or on backorder, please contact us at 323-888-8838 or by using the "Contact Us" form located at the bottom of the homepage.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can also view all orders by logging into your account.

Items typically ship by next business day, however arrival time is not guaranteed. If you want a guaranteed arrival time, you may want to purchase an upgraded shipping option. We do not process orders over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday will not usually ship until Monday. ***Shipping rates shall be subject to change and currently offered to our customers on a discounted basis.

Route Shipping Protection

Route offers a package tracking app as a free service, and it isn’t required to track your package!

If you do not wish to download the app, the easiest way to track your package is to wait until the we have fulfilled and shipped your order. Once this happens, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Often, a package tracking link is also included within that email. Otherwise, you can manually copy the tracking number, open up the shipping carrier's tracking website, and type it in to view your shipping updates.

*NOTE* If you choose to opt out of Route Shipping Protection, Lauren Moshi LLC is NOT liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

All orders within the Continental US ( excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Guam, Micronesia, American Samoa, & Alaska). ship using the more cost effective method unless you select another option at checkout.

Please note that all shipping times are in business days. We ship via UPS and FedEx and currently offer 3 shipping methods for ALL orders: Ground Shipping to the Continental US, 2nd-Day Air and Next Day Air Saver.

International Shipping: International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order. All duties and taxes and brokerage fees shall be borne the purchaser. All international shipping rates are those rates provided by UPS/FedEx to our customers.

Items purchased from laurenmoshi.com are eligible for a full refund, store credit or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase. You have the option to pre-pay for your return label at checkout, or the return label amount will be deducted from the refund.

Some items have been discounted & marked ( FINAL SALE ) are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Returns received within 30 days from purchase will be eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment.

Returns received after 30 days are at the discretion of the company. Please email or contact us if additional time is needed for a return.

Please note that shipping and package protection charges are non-refundable.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
Unworn
Unwashed
All tags must be attached
All accessories must be included (i.e., belts, etc.)
No perfume or other scents
No human or animal hair
No rips or tears
No other signs of being worn
No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order.

You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return or exchange. If your return warrants reimbursement of shipping costs, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original shipping cost.

You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Refunds, Store Credits and Exchanges will generally be processed within 3-5 business days.

A refund may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this time, we do not offer free returns for International Orders. Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.

Any duties and taxes that were charged for the original order are not refundable. This also includes shipping charges. Decisions regarding international returns, refunds, store credits and exchanges may be made at the discretion of Lauren Moshi LLC.

REFUSALS

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Lauren Moshi LLC and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling Customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

International: The customer is responsible for all duties and/or taxes. If you refuse an item and we are charged a duty and/or tax, that duty and/or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.

Your credit card will not be billed until your order has been shipped. Any applicable credits or refunds will be applied back to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Once you have placed the order, an email will be sent with a code that is entered in the promo box at checkout. This email can be forwarded to the gift recipient for future use.

Certain products are available exclusively online through laurenmoshi.com. These products may have limited quantities and are not available at our store in Los Angeles. We encourage you to email us or call to inquire about stock levels/ availability at any time.
